Discover the bumpy streets which are arranged in a chess pattern, low houses out of stone or weather-beaten wood, some of them painted in colours, some of them washed out from the rain and half rotted, a church with a square on whose benches people meet in the evening for chatting, a bank and main street who leads you through the center of Viñales.

It's here where the legendary green-silver shimmering tobacco is growing on flat fields in between steeply rising, rugged cone rocks, the mogotes. Pure nature!


Cienfuegos counts as one of the most important industrial sites of Cuba. The charming town was largely spared the independence wars and was able to maintain almost all of it's colonial buildings. With it's lovely, small and green Malecón, as well as it's cute restaurants, it's nice to enjoy a day or two in this town.

Cuba's most important ecotourism center lays in the middle of wonderful green nature. Different viewpoints offer you a breathtaking overlook to Cuba's north and south coast.


Colored colonial buildings with artfully forged window frames line the very coarse paved streets, through which sometimes a thin donkey  pulls a rattling wooden cart or a Bici taxi drives tourists around the city. Trinidad is one of the most popular destinations in Cuba.


Camagüey counts as one of the seven oldest and richest city of the island.

A lot of the old buildings have been lovingly restored. Confusing, narrow  streets open to picturesque squares which demote you into colonial times.


The Oriente lures with agricultural cultivation areas, coffee and cacao plantations, idyllic river valleys with palm trees and thick rainforest and pinewoods in the mountains. On the coast, you'll find sometimes long, sometimes short, sometimes black or sometimes dazzling white beaches.
